For your home workouts, you will need some basic fitness equipment such as set of bands, free weights, a pull up bar, bench, and a yoga mat.
When you sign up for the program, you will have an onboarding call with your coach to make sure you are all set and ready to start your first 10X workout. In the onboarding call, you will schedule your first virtual orientation session. This is where you go through the exercises with your coach. The live orientation session ensures you are performing the exercises correctly and safely. From there, you can record your workouts and send them to your coach for feedback. You can also message your coach in the course 24/7.
Finding a program that fits your needs and budget is important to us too. If you feel this program is not right for you after you complete your onboarding, we will refund 100% of your investment minus $21 in processing fees.
